As an experienced Instructor since 2015, my goal has been to help your body and mind connect. Growing up on a horse and tobacco farm, I have years of personal and professional experience with horses. Situated in the Ayr, Ontario area, I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, mindfulness and meditation for Equestrians to help each horse and owner feel the physical and emotional benefits of practicing present-moment awareness and calming techniques for mind and body.
I’ve been studying and practicing yoga, mindfulness and meditation and its philosophies as an expert Instructor since 2015. Today, we are fortunate enough to offer our clients yoga-based programs to benefit and correct chronic pain, misalignment for riders or people working with horses, and scientifically-proven mindfulness & meditation techniques to support concussions, focus, and clarity.
