Mind, body and soul in balance

To find your balance, you need to find your OFF balance.

Hear me out..


  1. When I practiced mindfulness daily, I noticed irritating things about myself. In order to grow more, and gain more wisdom and insight, how would I ever do so, without knowing the dark parts of me? That's the mind balance.

  2. To learn balance with the body, you have to fall, scrape, hurt, bend, stretch and go to the chiropractor to know what's off, so you know what it feels like to be "on". That's the body balance.

  3. To understand soul balance, you must put it in the time and effort to soothe, nurture, and love YOU. Your soul will respond automatically. That's the soul balance.
