- meditation techniques, tips and tricks to support your mental health wellness and hygiene
- yoga - both restorative and faster-paced so that your body and mind can rest, relax and feel great
- each class will have a theme, projects, activities and yes - even homework and reflection!
Where am I located?
- I come to you, or you can come to me! I have a gorgeous backyard in Ayr,Ontario Canada.
- I am also happy to travel to you and if it's outside of my region, there will be a small fee for gas.
